      Usage Information: We may collect information about how Users access and use Employ, including IP addresses, device information, browser type, and operating system.

  2. Use of Personal Information

    1. 2.1

      Providing Employ: Providing our clients with the Employ software as a service, including managing and maintaining employee information, assisting clients in human resource management, such as payroll processing, leave management, and performance evaluations. This includes processing and storing personal information in our encrypted online database.

    2. 2.2

      Customer Support: We may use personal information to respond to User inquiries, provide technical support, and address any issues or concerns related to Employ.

    3. 2.3

      Improving Employ: We may use aggregated and anonymized information for analytical purposes to improve Employ's functionality, performance, and user experience.

      Legal Compliance: We may use personal information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including compliance with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests or legal process.
